Same rooms, new front door. Chord Atlas and Scale Observatory still live at their same addresses — these crystals just give Ziggy's own building on the Academy map a way in, the way Dispatch got one at The Departure Deck. Nothing on the old Neptune hub changed. Navigation Charts and Mission Briefings are still being built.
